Nvest support Voicenet Solutions with a new client install and training
We are now at a point of final stabilisation and completion, I just thought it would be worthwhile to thank you personally for the hard work and commitment you put into the project, not just in the latter stages but throughout.
It was pulled together in the latter stages with efficiency and professionalism like a military operation! A comment was passed to me by a third party which I quote “it was the smoothest cutover I have ever been involved in on site” (thanks Nvest!). We have got minimal current “stabilisation issues” which have been addressed today on a conference call,. My expectation is that the few niggles we have left will be ironed out by the end of this week.
As soon as this is completed I will be having a final sign off meeting with the client to ensure they understand the process of “issue logging” via support.
